Shipping policy
- All woven and knitted garments, made in braided leather and basket weaving
processes, have an approximate duration in production of 20 to 25 business days.
(We can put this on the shipping terms and conditions page).
- The handmade line is produced under a purchase order, that is why many of
these garments are not available for immediate shipment. In case we have one in
stock, your order will be shipped during working hours after the confirmation of
your purchase and depending on the shipping location it will arrive within the next
20 working days, this applies to international purchases outside Colombia.
- In domestic purchases, the shipping time is subject to the logistics of the shipping
company, and this will be between 5 to 10 business days.

- RTW garments, such as T-shirts, shirts, pants, shorts, coats and jackets, have a
production duration of 15 to 20 days, depending on demand and volume in
production. Generally, we do not keep a stock of all references, that is why the
garments are not for immediate shipment.
- All these times may vary according to demand and production volume. Cubel is
interested in designing more sustainable, ethical and proactive processes,
minimizing the error and logistics that each garment needs to reach its destination,
because all our handmade line is produced in different parts of Colombia,
handmade and without any industrial intervention. For this reason, we seek that the
garment has the best quality.
- Keep in mind that the garments with handmade processes and techniques, may
have irregular characteristics that make them unique, this is typical of handmade
processes.
